- 08We do our best to provide updates in line with your stated preferences; however, this may not always be possible due to our day-to-day commitments across daycare and grooming services. Please be assured that we will always respond to messages if you wish to check in on your dog, within a reasonable timeframe
- 09We are happy to accommodate dogs with medical needs where possible. Please note that we are not veterinarians and can only administer vet-prescribed medication where instructions are clear and provided on the original labelled container. All medical needs and medications must be disclosed in advance so we can ensure your dog can be safely cared for during their stay.

- 14Premier Paws is a non-kennelled, social dog hotel, and all dogs must be friendly and comfortable in a group environment. While we take every reasonable precaution to minimise risk — including careful assessments, removing triggers such as toys or food, and refusing any dog that has shown signs of aggression — interaction between dogs is natural and cannot be entirely risk-free. Even the calmest and friendliest dogs can have an off day, and dogs communicate in ways that may occasionally result in injury. By choosing to board with us, owners acknowledge and accept this inherent risk. Any veterinary or associated costs resulting from injury are the responsibility of the dog’s owner. Owners may choose to pursue recovery of costs directly from the other dog’s owner if applicable; Premier Paws does not accept liability for such costs. We operate 24/7 CCTV, and footage will be available should evidence of any incident be required. If an incident occurs, we will always make reasonable efforts to contact you or your emergency contact first. If necessary, we will seek veterinary advice or treatment, and all emergency treatment costs remain the owner’s responsibility.
