Yes, all dogs must be fully vaccinated, including the Kennel Cough vaccine. Proof of vaccination may be required prior to your dog’s stay.

Yes! We accept dogs of all breeds and sizes. What matters most to us is your dog’s temperament and social behaviour. All dogs are assessed during their trial daycare session.

We may accept unneutered dogs at our discretion. However, if your female dog is due to come into season (heat cycle), please refrain from booking during that time.

Yes. All dogs must complete a trial daycare day (£15) before boarding overnight. This helps us get to know your dog and ensure they’ll be happy and settled during their stay.

Daycare Hours: - Drop-off: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM - Pick-up: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PMBoarding Hours: - Check-in/Check-out: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Early or late check-in/out is available for £2 per hour (with prior arrangement).

For daycare, cancellations are chargeable, but you may swap the day (subject to availability) with notice.
For boarding, cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to avoid fees or loss of deposit.

Absolutely! With your permission, we love to share photo or video updates via our social media so you can see your dog having fun and settling in.

We’re happy to accommodate dogs with medical needs. We administer medication for minor ailments — just let us know everything we need in advance, and we’ll make sure your dog is well looked after.

Walks are included as part of your dog’s stay when a daycare package has been purchased, weather permitting.
For additional walks or guaranteed walks during boarding stays, please purchase our Dog Walking Service separately.

Of course! We welcome visits by appointment so you can meet us, see the environment, and ask any questions before your dog joins us.

We accept PayPal, bank transfer, or cash. Payment details will be provided upon booking. You must pay in advance of your dogs stay or at check-in.

No, we do not charge extra for weekends or public holidays. The only additional charge is for early check-in or late check-out, which must be arranged in advance.

We’ll always contact you or your emergency contact first. If necessary, we’ll take your dog to the vet and seek appropriate advice. All emergency treatment costs are the owner's responsibility.
