1. Services Provided
Premier Paws LTD offers professional dog daycare and overnight boarding services in a secure, caring home environment. All services are subject to availability and may require an initial assessment of your dog.
Payment must be made for all services either Prior on on the day of check-in.
2.Trial Policy
Boarding clients are required to complete a trial day before their first overnight stay. This consists of one day of daycare at a cost of £15.
The purpose of the trial is to assess your dog’s comfort, behaviour, and suitability for our environment.
3. Client Responsibilities
All dogs must be up to date on required vaccinations, including Kennel Cough.
Dogs must be flea- and worm-free.
Dogs must be socialised, friendly, and non-aggressive toward people and other dogs.
Any medical conditions, allergies, behavioural issues, or special needs must be disclosed prior to booking.
4. Behaviour and Liability
Dogs must not display aggressive behaviour toward staff or other animals. If a dog is seen attacking or behaving aggressively, it may be removed from the premises.
If your dog causes injury to another dog or staff member, you (the owner) are fully liable for all medical or veterinary costs incurred. An invoice from the treating professional will be sent directly to you for payment in full.
As we operate in a residential area, dogs that excessively bark may not be suitable for our services. If your dog is known to bark persistently, please refrain from making a booking.
5. Drop-off and Pick-up Times
Daycare:
- Drop-off: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
- Pick-up: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Boarding:
- Check-in and Check-out: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Early or late check-in/check-out is available by prior arrangement at £5.
Late pickups or drop-offs without prior notice may incur additional fees.
6. Booking and Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.
Daycare cancellations are chargeable, but you may swap the day (subject to availability) if notice is given in advance.
Boarding cancellations require a minimum of 5 days' notice. Cancellations after this period may forfeit deposits or incur charges.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
7. Health and Emergencies
In the event of illness or injury, we reserve the right to seek veterinary attention. We will always attempt to contact you or your emergency contact first.
All emergency care will be at the owner’s expense.
8. Photos and Media
With your permission, we may share photos or videos of your dog on our website and social media platforms.
Please notify us if you do not wish your dog to appear in any media.
9. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the operation or content of our website.
All content on the site (text, images, branding) is the property of Premier Paws LTD and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
Premier Paws LTD reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies agreement with any updated terms.
