Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Premier Paws LTD provides professional dog daycare and non-kennelled overnight boarding services in a secure, home-based environment. All services are subject to availability and approval.

Due to our facilities and residential setting, we only accept small to medium breeds. We are unable to accommodate large breeds, including but not limited to Labradors, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Boxers, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Mastiffs, and similar-sized breeds.

Payment is due at check-in once a booking has been confirmed. We accept PayPal, cash, or card on arrival.

2. Trial Policy

All boarding clients must complete a trial day prior to their first overnight stay.

  • The trial consists of one full day of daycare

  • Cost: £15

  • The trial allows us to assess your dog’s behaviour, comfort, sociability, and suitability for our environment

Completion of a trial does not guarantee acceptance for boarding.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • Your dog is registered with Premier Paws

  • Vaccinations are up to date, including Kennel Cough

  • Your dog is flea- and worm-free

  • Your dog is sociable, friendly, and non-aggressive

  • Any medical conditions, medications, allergies, behavioural concerns, or special requirements have been disclosed in advance

We are not veterinarians and can only administer vet-prescribed medication where instructions are clear and provided on the original labelled container.

4. Behaviour, Risk & Liability

Premier Paws is a non-kennelled, social dog hotel. Dogs are free to interact in a supervised group environment. While we take all reasonable precautions to minimise risk — including removing triggers such as toys or food and refusing dogs with any history of aggression — interaction between dogs is natural and cannot be entirely risk-free.

Even the calmest and friendliest dogs can have an off day, and dogs communicate in ways that may occasionally result in injury.

By boarding with Premier Paws, owners acknowledge and accept this inherent risk. Any veterinary or associated costs resulting from injury are the responsibility of the dog’s owner. Owners may choose to pursue recovery of costs directly from the other dog’s owner if applicable; Premier Paws does not accept liability for such costs.

Dogs displaying aggressive behaviour towards staff or other dogs may be removed immediately from our care.

24/7 CCTV is in operation, and footage will be available should evidence of an incident be required.

As we operate in a residential area, dogs that bark excessively may not be suitable for our services. If excessive barking occurs, owners may be contacted, and full fees will still apply.

5. Drop-off and Pick-up Times

Daycare

  • Drop-off: 7:30am – 9:00am

  • Pick-up: 4:30pm – 6:00pm

Boarding

  • Check-in / Check-out: 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Early check-in (from 7:30am) or late check-out (until 7:30pm) is available by prior arrangement only and will incur an additional £10 fee, which is our standard half-day daycare rate.

Arriving outside agreed times without prior arrangement may result in no access, as we may be out walking the dogs and disruptions to routine are avoided.

6. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are requests only and subject to approval

  • Confirmation may take up to 7 days

  • For last-minute bookings, clients must submit the booking form and message our Facebook page

Daycare

  • Cancellations are chargeable

  • You may swap days (subject to availability) if sufficient notice is given

Boarding

  • A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required for cancellations

  • Late cancellations, no-shows, or same-day cancellations will be charged in full

7. Health & Emergencies

In the event of illness or injury, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your emergency contact first. If necessary, we authorise veterinary treatment in the best interests of your dog.

All emergency veterinary care and associated costs are the responsibility of the owner.

8. Photos & Media

With your permission, Premier Paws may share photos or videos of your dog on our website and social media platforms. Please notify us in writing if you do not wish your dog to appear in any media.

9. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse or interfere with the operation or content of the Premier Paws website. All text, images, branding, and content are the property of Premier Paws LTD and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

Premier Paws LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
